1. Mentioned in my first favorite things post, my new Warby Parker’s arrived and I’m in loooooove. Polarized. Comfortable. Cute! And Warby Parker gives a pair of glasses to those in need for every pair that is bought.

2. NSPottery has an adorable Etsy shop full of stoneware pottery and jewelry. Looking for a new statement necklace or a gift for the holidays–start here!

3. Another cute Etsy shop, Sweet Auburn Studio, has these gorgeous monogrammed leather bracelets.

4. Joss & Main┬áreally pulled through for me on this find. Similar to the trendy ‘puff chairs’, I was able to get this for a steal at nearly $150 off.

Favorite Reads

1. Big failure, big success by Danielle LaPorte. {LOVE HER.} Message: Keep going, keep going, keep going.

2. THIS recipe. Orange. Ginger. Toddy. Perfect fall drink.

3. A great find by my Board of Life Director, Rachael: The 6 types of friends everyone should have. (she said I’m her #3, and she’s my #3 too!)

Favorite video

“Neuroanatomist Jill Bolte Taylor had an opportunity few brain scientists would wish for: One morning, she realized she was having a massive stroke. As it happened — as she felt her brain functions slip away one by one, speech, movement, understanding — she studied and remembered every moment. This is a powerful story about how our brains define us and connect us to the world and to one another.

Favorite music

Icelandic Olafur Arnalds–a mix of piano, strings, and almost a haunting melody. Peaceful, slow, melodic. Watch him play. Watch him feel the music. It builds and builds. Beautiful. Goosebumps.
